If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily exchange it for something you love or return product value to your form of payment.  Our return and exchange information is outlined below.

Items being returned or exchanged must be:

• in the same condition received upon delivery 
• unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and 
• in original packaging 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please allow 8-10 days for returns to be processed.  Once the return is approved we will refund the amount paid to the original credit card.  We do not refund any shipping charges.  nicepipes reserves the right to deny refund if pipes do not meet policy requirements.
